Paul J. Achtemeier
Paul J. Achtemeier is Professor Emeritus of Biblical Interpretation at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia. He is a widely respected authority on the Bible, the author or co-author of 14 books, former editor of the quarterly Interpretation, and New Testament editor of the Interpretation Biblical Commentary Series. He has also served as chief executive officer and president of the Society of Biblical Literature and as the president of the Catholic Biblical Association.[1]
